Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge providers and school trip venues find support on www.schooltrips.co.uk portal

School Trips Plus welcomes the announcement that school trip venues and providers will soon be able to apply for a Quality Badge to highlight their suitability for school trips.
www.schooltrips.co.uk is the No.1 website on Google for school trip related searches and we aim to provide a comprehensive portal for schools to find school trip providers. Our unique site will now allow all providers to upload their Health & Safety documents, Education Programs and other relevant details free of charge.
All providers who successfully apply for the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge (LOtC Quality Badge) will be given a free, enhanced entry onto the School Trips Plus portal, ensuring both providers and schools understand the benefit of the new LOtC initiative.
Providers will be also be given their own login and password, allowing them to update the information about their facility on a continual basis. If venues are members of organisations or hold licences such as AALA, these details can also be displayed on www.schooltrips.co.uk thereby ensuring schools are provided the information they require to choose a suitable provider for their school trip.
As the No.1 portal for school trips we consider it vital that all providers can display the relevant information for schools, free of charge. We want schools to choose suitable providers based on their quality of education provision and health & safety record and not on their ability to pay to be listed on our site.
